ヴォルネー プルミエ・クリュ『フルミエ』[2015] 750ml マルキ・ダンジェルヴィーユ

ピノ ノワール種100%。ポマールとの境にあるこの区画に約1.57haの広さを所有し、粘土石灰質土壌に泥灰土からなる岩が所々に見られる畑です。当ドメーヌが所有する畑の中でも葡萄の成熟が早く、収穫も最初に行われることが多い区画です。

繊細な甘みと1本線の通った綺麗な酸味があり、バランスが抜群で余韻も長く、エレガントながらもボリュームの感じられるワインです。

これは閉じとります。ワインは難しい。にしてもウンともスンとも言わないなぁ。ただし、このキュヴェとしては中身がギッシリ詰まった感がある。例年は良く言えば繊細、悪く言えば細いワインなんだけど。口に含むと味も少し閉じ気味なもののナチュラル感たっぷりで、いつもはどのキュヴェも黒赤果実だけどこのワインは赤果実がメイン。そのミネラル感と酸でとことんエレガント。良く出来ている。

The 2015 Volnay 1er Cru Fremiets has a well-defined， quite floral bouquet with touches of blueberry and blackcurrant， plenty of undergrowth and hints of crème de cassis coming through. The palate is medium-bodied with quite firm tannin. There is considerable weight in the mouth， quite assertive and focused with a structured， almost Pommard-like finish. It feels a little curmudgeonly at the moment， but it will reward those who give it 4-5 years in bottle.
